Positive: The villa was absolutely amazing! The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, we really had a great experience and definitely would recommend it. The surroundings are beautiful, lots of places to buy organic honey and oranges. It is only a 5-10 minute drive to Köyceğiz centre, which has really nice restaurants and cafes. We would especially like to thank Ms. Selda, she was so helpful and kind. Also I have to mention the breakfast; easily the best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time.
Negative: That we couldn't stay longer.

Located in the middle of beautiful orange groves, the setting was both peaceful and scenic, offering a quiet escape that felt very connected to the local area. From the moment we arrived, the service and cleanliness stood out, truly deserving five stars. The villa was spotless, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great with freshly made bread and orange juice straight from the tree in the garden Special thanks to the owner and the service team for their exceptional hospitality. Their efforts made our stay not just enjoyable but memorable. The combination of the lovely location, excellent service, and pristine accommodation made this a standout experience. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely book this villa again. I highly recommend it - great job to the owner and staff for creating such a wonderful place to stay.

Positive: A superb, modern-build villa in the rural Turkish village of Hamitköy. The hosts and staff are very friendly and tailored our needs with the minimum of fuss. The apartment is clean, and has all you require for a self-catering break. The breakfasts are amazing - very generous and amazing choice served by the staff. No waiting in queues! The lakeside town of Köyceğiz is around 5km away, and has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes without feeling overly tourist driven. Boat trips are available, and the markets on Sunday and Monday are a great experience - lots of cheap, fresh local produce. If you like nature, the area is a superb base to see birds, flowers and stunning landscapes. Try and take in a day trip to Dalyan - and the nearby ruined city of Kaunos (way more interesting than Stonehenge, just a few Euros entry and less than 20 other people when we were there).
Negative: The stay was brilliant, so really cannot think of anything negative!

Positive: It was an amazing stay. The apartments are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The apartments including the outdoor area are very well maintained. Since the weather was cold, before we came, the heating system in the apartment had already been switched on for us. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.  Swimming pool is available during the hot weather. Car parking was very convenient.

Positive: Set among orange groves in a beautifully kept garden with a swimming pool, our apartment, which was in fact a small independent house, was very clean, well-laid out and looked and felt new. It overlooked the swimming pool and had a wide front terrace with a dining table and BBQ, excellent and great fun in warmer weather. We were there in January, just for two days, but it was beautifully warm inside our small house and one of the days was lovely and sunny. We explored Kaunos and enjoyed visiting the local large market. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay hugely. Many thanks to you all!

Positive: Haliya, Peter and Ali were amazing hosts! We always felt welcome and the service was great. The facilities are high end and well maintained. Our accommodation was luxurious and tranquil on the edge of an orange plantation. We would love to come back!
